John Martino is an experienced and knowledgeable attorney. His passion for his work is evident in his strong commitment to his clients. His vast experience includes many different areas of practice. He regularly provides representation to both individuals and corporations in residential and commercial cases. From family law to real estate and corporate law, Attorney Martino offers personal attention and care to each and every client.

Attorney Martino has successfully serviced hundreds of cases in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He has assisted clients with mediation, arbitration, and court trials. Using his past experience as an arbitrator, he is able to negotiate fair settlements on behalf of his clients. His problem solving approach is also effective in working through complex issues and finding optimal resolutions. Ken

Ken is a civil litigation attorney who has handled hundreds of cases in personal injury, probate law, and family law. Ken completed his undergraduate studies in Government/Politics and Criminology/Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2004. He earned his Juris Doctor from New England Law, Boston, in 2008. Ken is a good standing member of the Massachusetts Bar since 2008.  His previous work experience includes operating his own solo practice and working with a general litigation firm in the North Shore.  Ken has been with the Martino Law Group team since 2018.

In his free time, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dog.  His favorite activities include snowboarding, darts, and poker.  He is an active member in Business Networking International and the North Suburban Dart League.

Margo

Margo is a real estate paralegal who works alongside Attorney Martino to ensure clients have the best experience when purchasing, selling, or refinancing their homes.  She also has experience drafting and reviewing realty trusts and has filed numerous documents with the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Registries of Deeds. Margo earned her dual Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Chinese from the University of Vermont in May of 2021, and has been working at Martino Law Group since then. She is conversational in Mandarin and hopes to go to law school in the future.

Margo enjoys skiing and taking her chocolate lab, Charlie, for walks around Melrose. She also enjoys practicing her Mandarin and is hoping to pick up French next, for all her trips to Canada!

Lizzy

Meet Lizzy the Leavitt Bulldog.  Lizzy works alongside the lawyers and staff at Martino Law Group and makes sure everyone smiles with her infectious charm.    Lizzy has never met a shoe she hasn’t liked and enjoys her time eating bones, having her tummy rubbed and laying on the conference room floor.  She is undeniably the most needy staff member at the firm and greets everyone with a tail wag.
